How Can We Reach You?

Ideal for hosts of fundraising event who provide their own alcohol (unless otherwise stated) and want a professional bartending service to provide guest assistance, payment handling coordination, and maintain smooth bar operations.

Includes:

• Bar Staff (1 bartender per 75 guest -beer & Wine or 50 guests-cocktails; see add-ons for additional bartender)
• The client/host provides alcohol - unless otherwise stated
• All essential bartender tools (shakers, pour spouts, coolers/ice buckets, etc.)
• Disposable ware (cups, napkins, straws, etc.)
• Garnish & Mixers Package
• Mobile bar
• Set-up & clean-up  (additional hours may be added)
• Custom bar signage

Additional Notes:

• Guests will purchase drinks directly from the bar during the event. All drink sales are handled by the bartender.
• Hosts will provide liquor (unless otherwise stated). Alcohol shopping guided list provided after booking.
• General & Liquor Liability Insurance included (Proof available upon request).
• Travel fees may apply at the standard mileage rate if travel is required over 35 miles from headquarters.
• There may be sales tax applied defendant upon package and/or tax exemption status
• Gratuity is handled in one of the following ways: (1)Tip jar available for guests; (2) Gratuity included in drink prices; or (3) Client-prepaid gratuity
• 25% holiday/seasonal/same day/or special event surcharges may apply.
• We do not incorporate dry ice into our cocktails for safety & liability reasons; it is used for decoration purposes only.
