Additional Notes:

  • Travel fees may apply at the standard mileage rate if travel is required over 35 miles from headquarters.
  • There may be sales tax applied dependent upon package.
  • 25% holiday/seasonal/same day/or special event surcharges may apply.
  • We do not incorporate dry ice into our libations for safety & liability reasons; it is used for decoration purposes only.
